Yeah, It’s An Idea. Maybe Not The One I Need.

If all goes according to plan, I’ll walk away from my job at 52 years old. That’s probably a good time for me to go. In my job, the competition never really ages.
Fortunately, they also don’t gain much in the way of guile.
All the same, 52 is way too young for me to stop working. I enjoy people too much to just walk away. Having a job to bring in supplemental income is a social and financial must for me. I’d give selected body parts to be paid to write, but since I don’t see that happening right off, I have to start thinking in other directions. Read the rest of this entry »
I get a hair cut and a little queasy.

I may need to reconsider where I get that done.
There was no line at the hair cutting place. I walked in and went right to a chair. It was as if people had other things to do. So did I, but something told me I should go on and take care of the hair cut first.

Disturbing.
I can’t comment on the quality of this woman’s show on Headline News for two reasons.
1. There is a lot of yelling going on whenever I run across the show. It drives me away.
2. Though I’m not much on assessing people’s hair, what the hell is going on on her cranium? I’m distracted by and frightened of her hair.
Rethink that, maybe?

It is pretty close to completed now and I’ve started to see a few signs for the tenants going up over the shops.
I spotted one today I hadn’t noticed before. Salon d’ Envy. Since my knowledge of the French language is non existent, I checked d’ Envy via an online translator. Sure enough, it means just what I thought and you probably already knew: of Envy.
